User claims Spanish economic forum moderator threatened him and his daughter

A user of a Spanish economic forum reports receiving rape and murder threats against himself and his young daughter, and says the case has been reported to the courts. The complaint includes accusations of paedophilia and harassment against another participant, with no known court ruling so far.

The complaint was made public by a participant on an economic forum. According to his account, another user of the same site directed rape and murder threats at him which, always according to his version, also target his young daughter. The complainant maintains that the matter has already been brought before the courts.

## What is alleged and before whom

The account includes serious accusations against another participant: paedophilia, harassment and threats. These are claims made by one party, not proven facts. There is no court ruling or judgment confirming these allegations, and the presumption of innocence still applies to anyone named.

The complainant asks that the user be reported and expelled from the forum, and attaches screenshots as evidence. The real identity of the person named has not been independently verified.

## Why it matters even if it is just a forum

Economic forums bring together thousands of people, and their moderators have tools to ban accounts. Serious threats, if proven, can be a crime. Anyone affected can go to the police or the courts, and it is advisable to keep dated screenshots.

Caution is essential: neither the accusations nor the identities have been confirmed by a judicial authority.
