What was once signs of affection has now turned into moments of tension for the Socialist representatives. The President of the Principality, **Adrián Barbón**, experienced an awkward episode trinc the inauguration of the Guardia Civil barracks in **Mieres**. A resident, visibly angry, approached him demanding solutions regarding the military situation in **Ceuta**.

The situation escalated when the woman, after receiving greetings from other residents intended for Barbón, addressed the president directly. While Minister **Grande-Marlaska** attended to the press, **Barbón** attempted to leave the event. Outside the barracks, about twenty people chanted slogans like "Marlaska dimission." The resident, ignoring **Barbón**'s attempts to maintain calm and decorum, escalated the tone, interrupting him constantly.

"It is shameful what is happening with this Government and what you are saying," snapped the woman, demanding that the president speak to **Sánchez** to resolve the "Ceuta case." **Barbón**, attempting to appeal to the region's history of struggle and his own respect for security forces, recalled that his two brothers were military personnel. The resident, however, retorted that a close relative, brother-in-law and associate, is in the Navy and "you should be ashamed how you treat them." The response was a resounding, "Because you support this government!".

The incident concluded with a National Police officer gesturing to move the woman along, while **Barbón** withdrew to continue his agenda. However, this discontent seems to go beyond an isolated incident, reflecting growing dissatisfaction in the region.
