En el estado de NY te puedes comprar esta casa por 70 mil dolares, con sueldos bastante mas altos que en España. Es flipante lo baratas que son las casas unifamiliares en EEUU, nada de adosados que encima oyes el ruido de la pared del vecino. Y como esa un monton mas, y mas baratas, he escogido una al azar. Y ya por el precio de un zulo tipico de aqui de 250k hay casas con pintaza.

Nos miccionan y nos dicen que esta lloviendo. ¿Se pueden encontrar en algun sitio de España o Europa esos precios por una casa de similar tamaño/caracteristicas?

Y estoy hablando de una ciudad de 1 millon de habitantes, en pueblos y estados a tomar por ojo ciego estaran mas baratas supongo.

En Texas que es donde está el IBI más alto del país se paga de media 3000-4000 euros por IBI. Por una casa de 70.000 euros en NY no pagarías unos 1000 dolares al año. Un mil eurista en España paga a la SS 1500 euros al año. La cuña fiscal sigue siendo mucho más alta en España
 
Tengo un amigo en carolina. Estuve hablando con el hace tiempo de irme. Y las casas allí están más caras que en Asturias. Tanto en la periferia como los apartamentos de la ciudad. Poco más pero más caras. Salud
