ATP2 is looking for experienced Role Players to work at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) on the Glynco Campus, in Brunswick, GA.
Male and Female, Part-Time, Role Players are needed to support reality-based law enforcement training exercises:

• Fulfill Non-Key roles such as:
• Innocent Bystanders, Shopkeepers, Family Members, etc.
• Must remain "in role" during training mission (can span multiple days).
• Adhere to required security rules for the assigned FLETC facility
• Portray an assigned role. Stay in character, apply independent judgement within the scripted scenario or ad-lib if directed. Utilize creativity to make the situation real in a training environment.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Dress in costume (provided) appropriate to the role.

Employees shall maintain satisfactory standards of competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity. Fraternization to include out of role conversation, on or off Center, with FLETC students is prohibited.
Work Hours
The normal duty hours for this contract are from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. FLETC training requires morning, afternoon, and evening role-player support for training exercises. Typically, starting exercise times range from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the possibility of exercises lasting until 12:00 midnight. Exercise durations are normally two to four hours with multiple FLETC training exercises beginning and ending at the same time.
Qualifications

• Must have recent (within past 3 years) experience as a Role Player at FLETC on the Glynco Campus, in Brunswick, GA.
• Must be physically and mentally capable to perform the essential functions and demands of the assigned work in a safe and effective manner.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must practice acceptable personal hygiene and present a neat appearance and wear appropriate clothing.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• High School diploma or GED.
• US Citizen or non-citizen who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence (proof required).
