Respecto al incremento de Test de Antígenos en detrimento de las PCRs (Que esta haciendo Madrid, pero cada vez más Cataluña y otras CCAA), para así hacer 'desaparecer' positivos, he estado leyendo opiniones a favor y en contra, y me han quedado algunas dudas, os las comento:

Una cosa que no sabia, es que los Test de Antígenos detectan solo pacientes con cargas víricas altas, pero eso no significa que todos los pacientes que detectan sean sintomáticos, los pacientes asintomáticos con cargas víricas altas, sí los detectaría ese test. La pega de esto, es que se te pueden escapar los que tendrán una carga vírica grande, pero en el momento del test, todavía no la tienen.

Esta claro, que en situaciones optimas y ante la necesidad de hacer cribados, lo mejor es hacer PCRs para que no se te escape ni un solo caso. ¿Pero que ocurre cuando los laboratorios de análisis de PCRs están colapsados y los resultados llegan con 10 días de retraso?

Esto plantea un dilema ante estos cribados y la incapacidad de ofrecer resultados rápidos en los PCRs, ¿Que es preferible? ¿Que se escape una parte de positivos potencialmente peligrosos, o detectarlos todos pero con un retraso de 10 días, reduciendo la efectividad en la tarea de cortar cadenas de contagio?

Yo creo que estan tardando tanto con las PCRS que es mejor la de antígenos y una valoración de si hacer una PCR en contactos muy estrechos, aunque des negativo en la primera.

Por cierto (y yo me considero moderadamente liberal), es curioso ver como a muchos liberales del foro que parecen tipos racionales les ha petado la cabeza con la esa época en el 2020 de la que yo le hablo y han entrado en modo sociopata total, debe de haber alguna tara en la configuración del cerebro que ligue las dos cosas, muy triste. En ese aspecto hay que decirle chapeau a Rallo porque no ha perdido los papeles.

Es que la doctrina "liberal" actual no dista mucho de la sociopatía.

I get hospitalized and get oxygen halter and antipyretic. The cough is cracking me, I gasp for air and hold the pillow so as not to cough up my ribs. After four days, a doctor comes to me and says that I can probably go home and fix the rest myself. But as he talks and looks at the monitors, his facial expression changes.
"How are you?" He asks.
"Not so good", I answer and he says that I will not go home but to the emergency room.
I enter a room that is about 3x3 meters and the doctor announces that now the situation is critical. Here and there comes the antiestéticar of death. My mind is spinning, I think that I may not survive this and that I will never meet my children and my partner again. "I love you, take care of the children", I write in a text message to my partner.
I get a different kind of oxygen mask with hot oxygen and it is difficult to get used to. But it works and I oxygenate myself again. After nine days in hospital, I am discharged.
I have been on sick leave for three months. I have had heart problems and get out of breath very easily. But I am very grateful that I live today.
I have none of the underlying diseases that can increase the risk of severe el bichito-19 and am just over 40 years old. This can happen to anyone. So what I want to ask you to do is listen and amow the authorities' advice and recommendations. My family and I continue to spread our hands and to amow the recommendations even though we have antibodies, we all have to contribute. Think about your fellow human beings and take responsibility. "
