Por lo que se ve cada vez que leíamos noticias sobre los acuerdos que habían llegado los bancos estadounidenses con el gobierno de Obama para pagar compensaciones/multas por los hechos acontecidos en la burbuja de las sub-prime, Obama les dejaba la posibilidad de pagar una parte a organizaciones no gubernamentales.

Casualmente todas esas ONGs, fundaciones, asociaciones y think tanks eran de la orbita progre del Partido Demócrata.
