Normalmente son los dueños de las casas que las incendian para no tener que pagar mas impuesto y cobrar el seguro.

Vi en un reportaje que el tema incendios efectivamente era un problema en Detroit. Se junta la ámplia superfície de Detroit: 370 Km2 !!! :8:, el limitado cuerpo de bomberos de una ciudad en quiebra, y la cantidad de casas abandonadas y gente sin futuro que provoca estos incendios.
