Implements change requests according to defined procedures and timelines
Incident response and service provisioning
Implements new services in coordination with project management teams
Support and maintenance of IP Telephony and Contact Center infrastructure
Ensures system components are properly configured to corporate standards
Performs hardware and software upgrades as required and according to defined standards
Upgrades and introduces new technology as part of overall platform design specifications
Maintain system inventory information
Ensures departmental inventory systems for telephony system components are accurately maintained
Requisitos
Estudios mínimos: Ingeniero Técnico
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: Experience and Skills
2+ years of successful experience in IP Telephony / Contact Center Operation and delivery
An excellent working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication infrastructure and applications
Working knowledge of the ITIL Incident Management processes in an IT service delivery environment
excellent aptitude to work in team and leverage others' skills
excellent aptitude in customer contacts
Education
Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree or technical training equivalent and hands-on experience
Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication System training
Cisco IP Telephony Part 1 and part 2 training
CCNA Voice certification required
CCVP Voice certification preferred
Special requirements
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Occasional overtime also on weekends
Willingness to travel if required in the region
