Es ilegal hacer una base de datos filtrando por datos médicos, es un precepto claro de la ley de protección de datos, a un particular le pueden multar hasta con 600.000 euros. Es ilegal incluso que te exija información médica una empresa para la que trabajes, ya no digamos una base de datos.
