What's at stake
- The core of the debate: The sudden disappearance of the top navigation bar has left users lost, unable to jump between subforums and suspecting a technical maneuver to impose the use of the mobile App.
- The rift: While some users see an accidental technical glitch or a botched update, others denounce a deliberate strategy to monetize traffic or force registration through intrusive navigation.
- The detail nobody expected: The revelation that a simple click on the logo or on "Bolsamanía" unfolds the hidden menu has calmed the waters, but it hasn't stopped the skepticism about the direction the "Lidl" is taking with the site's usability.
What forum members say about Calopez is messing with the forum !!!
Position A: The forum's "conspiracy theorists" argue this is no error, but a budding "Burbuja-Pay-per-View." They claim the owner is testing how far he can stretch the rope with advertising and forced registration before the community finally gets fed up.
Position B: The pragmatists, who have discovered the navigation "trick," point out that the design is simply poor and unintuitive for newcomers. In their view, rather than a master plan, it's technical negligence that drives away potential new users.
Position C: The most veteran users, with a dose of dark humor, joke about the forum's supposed "free psychiatry," suggesting that no matter how badly the interface works, addiction to this "filthy pond" is the only thing keeping the community tied together despite the administrator's changes.
