Cuando se comete un crimen planificado, los autores del mismo pueden contemplar en su plan el dejar una serie de PISTAS FALSAS que entorpezcan las labores de investigación que puedan conducir hasta los auténticos organizadores.

No cabe ninguna duda de que los atentados del pasado 11-M fueron milimétricamente planificados, ya que exigían la coordinación de muchas personas, así que lo mas lógico es pensar que lo que sean pistas dejadas "ex profeso", forman parte del plan original y tratarán de orientar la investigación hacia dónde los autores del crimen les interese que vaya.

Partiendo de esta premisa, hemos de considerar que el valor de cualquier pista tendrá mayor valor, si es hallada como consecuencia de un aspecto no tenido en cuenta por los autores del atentado, o por un error en la ejecución o coordinación de las diversas actividades que se necesitasen para realizar el crimen.

Hemos de considerar, además, que quienes estuviesen al tanto del plan, los que hayan participado en su elaboración y desarrollo, han debido de actuar, después de cometerse los atentados, de forma que se lograsen los objetivos que motivaran la realización de los mismos. Por lo tanto, hemos de mirar hacia qué objetivos se pretendían conseguir -y se pretenden- con la realización de un crimen de esta magnitud.

A mas de dos semanas de la matanza podemos asegurar con claridad que lo que se ha pretendido y conseguido es cambiar al GOBIERNO DEMOCRÁTICO de la nación y sustituirlo por otro. De aquí se deduce que los que hayan organizado el atentado se oponen frontalmente a una línea política seguida por el GOBIERNO DEMOCRÁTICO cesante y examinando qué línea puede ser ésta se llega a la

PRIMERA CONCLUSIÓN

1.- Los organizadores del atentado son RADICALMENTE CONTRARIOS a la lucha antiterrorista seguida por el Gobierno Democrático antes del 11 - M.

Por ello se ha de mirar hacia quienes se hayan manifestado en esta línea de extrema confrontación como sospechosos principales de la autoría del plan. Esto no acusa a nadie en concreto, pero sí que debe centrar las investigaciones, si se pretende llegar a los verdaderos planificadores de la matanza.
