Los datos de marzo y abril de 2006 se explican por la semana santa, que en 2005 era en marzo y en 2006 en abril.
Podemos suponer que la tasa ha permanecido mas o menos constante hasta mayo, todos los valores están por encima del 10%.
En cambio a partir de junio las tasas caen por debajo del 10%, o sea, la conclusión es mas o menos lo que ya sabemos, clara desaceleración del número de hipotecas en el 3er trimestre.
