I'm housecrash and, since 4 years, I use to monitor Italian housing market in several local forums.

As written by some of you, I'm quite sure about the following points:
- our countries have all been affected by an highly inflated housing bubble caused by several reasons, both local (culture, weak housing policies implemented by government, ...) and not (low interest rates for bank accounts, easy credit, financial investments disincentives, ...);
- media and institutions are trying to safeguard housing market as much as possible by hiding the truth to avoid catastrophic consequences to other economic sectors.

I'd like to share with you, if forum admins and yourself kindly agree, information, articles, reports, opinions, analysis, data sources and whathever else I've gathered and has recently been made available.

Furthermore, I'll be glad to host you both in my community (please, tell me if I can link it for the convenience of whoever may be interested) and in communities I use to write on and I also take the chance to make a first request, if you don't mind: have you got an interactive and embeddable chart showing prices decline in Spain, better if differentiated by zones/cities?

Proverò, ma non so se il risultato sarà lo stesso: ho letto in giro che ci sono utenti interessati al mercato italiano e che dicono che in Italia è come in Spagna. Siccome io ci credo, allora mi è venuta in mente questa idea, che potrebbe confermare che è stato creato un problema mondiale, non solo locale in alcune nazioni.

Non c'è proprio nessuno di buona volontà disponibile a portare avanti una ricerca di questo genere in Inglese?

Penso che potrei anche adeguarmi, ma potrebbe diventare problematico per me.

Thanks Marlo: I'll try to post in Spanish as much as possible then: my actual goal is to compare what happens around Italian and Spanish market and in which measure things actually differ.

Thanks for the charts too: I'm actually looking for an embeddable compound (all major Spanish cities) chart as I'd like to put it in my forum's home page
