Pues no sé,pero en los últimos 30 años lo ha sido casi siempre y sería un golpe importante hundirlo, yo creo que es una estrategia para conseguir subvenciones, como apunta alguien por ahí Eslovenia no es tan barata,quizá la "aristocracia obrera" que componen los trabajadores del automóvil español deba bajarse un poco de sus pretensiones en materia de salarios,vacaciones y demás,que dejan muy atrás a las del presunto "paraíso" que supone ser funcionario. Al hilo de lo que comentas, creo que a la burbuja de funcionarios de la empresa privada (de ciertas empresas privadas), también le ha llegado la hora.

| Cuando los paises decidieron adherirse a la doctrina de la apertura de fronteras a los productos vinieran de donde vinieran, los gobiernos de los estados-nacion firmaron su sentencia de muerte, al menos en temas economicos. Cuando las fronteras permitian regular el comercio entrante, el estado podia usar el acceso al mercado nacional para negociar con las empresas multinacionales, pero ahora, con las fronteras abiertas de par en par, un Renault fabricado en Eslovenia o en Beluchistan es perfectamente vendible en Espana.
