| Reports of the Tarhuna Tribe closing in on Tripoli is good news only if the Tarhuna are marching in order to remove the al-Qaeda affiliated tribes of Abdel Hakim Belhaj, as well as the remnants of the Misrata brigades.
The Zintan, despite their betrayal of the Jamahiria, appear to have been the only group of rebels maintaining any sense of order and propriety throughout the Anglo-American assault upon a once prosperious Libya. Especially since the capture of Saif al-Islam, it appears that the Zentan are willing to listen and reconsider the situation. Effectively they are now a stabilizing factor, and perhaps even a "wild card" that could tip the balance of forces in Libya.
There are multiple factors at work here, including the situation that perhaps the Zintan were themselves deluded by the mass media campaign of lies about the Libyan Army "killing its' own people". Residing on the other side of the country, perhaps they did not have the facts about the foreign instigated, armed and abetted revolt in the eastern part of the country. As in any nation, group, or tribe, there are differences of opinion and various alliances. Consider also the massive amounts - certainly well into the tens, but more likely hundreds of millions of bribery dollars the West doled out to garner support and defections. The Zintan have good an honest as well as week and wrongheaded amongst them as well.
The Zintan have historically been close to both the Warfala and Khadafi tribes. For whatever reason, justified or not, this recent event was an aberration in their usual alliance. At this critical juncture, it is not so simple to fully understand how the Zintan will move in the near future, but they presently are securing Saif, providing necessary healthcare, allowing talks, and refusing to hand him over to the barbarous authorities in Tripoli.
The lying Western press have recently sent out a series of articles blaming the Zintan for the chaos in Tripoli. This should tell any intelligent observer that perhaps the Zintan are now in the way of the Anglo-Americans plans for Libya. The Tarhuna Tribe directly assaulting the Zintan may only create greater chaos. Divide and conquer is the easiest way for the empire to succeed. Unity is the Empires worst enemy. This tactic worked perfectly in Iraq, and it is what they are attempting to do now in Afghanistan, as the recent terror bombings against the Shiites attest.
Recent reports of the destitution of people even in Dharna and Benghazi, where anti-TNC protests are now arising with more frequency and strength, only shows another weakness of the rats. That, along with the fact that the thieving empire has no intention of returning the stolen billions of Libya's foreign held, Sovereign Wealth Funds. They are instead just printing bogus dinars to further crash the economy, just as they did with Iraq. As these situations become obvious, more tribes, as well as individuals within them, will realize the extend of how they were immiserated for a series of lies and false promises.
Time is really on the side of the Jamahirira. The Green forces need to merely continue with the their existing, low intensity, sabotage actions, while also targeting the traitorous leadership of the rats. The time will soon come when unity will again be a viable option, especially unity among the tribes that had always supported the Green Revolution. Indeed, unity is the only option, and as time goes on, this reality will become more clear. Amongst the tribes, dialogue can be more effective and successful than weapons. Therefore, any actions that further divisions will only strengthen the true enemy - the Anglo-American elite, the medieval Saudi and other Arab fiefdoms, and their Zionist bedfellows.
