No es tirar el dinero,cada uno debe mirar segun sus posibilidades,y yo la segunda mano de menos de 50000 la veo una buena opcion si uno tiene ahorrado casi todo eso.
¿Cuánto piden por el alquiler de ese piso o uno muy similar? Si piden 250€ o menos, mejor alquilarlo, y los 50.000€ en líquido.
