Iniciado por chispa  No me compare usted con animosa,se trata de que en este foro creo hay bastante gente tiene 50000 euros para pagar al contado, seria una manera de quitarse alquileres de encima o de estar pagando una barbaridad por un piso nuevo(hipoteca,etc...),eso si el ibi no se lo quita a usted ni dios. Porque alquilar es tirar el dinero, ¿no?
