Arad/Lambert

294. Mr Arad's full name is Abraham Arad Hochman. A copy of Mr Arad's passport indicates that he was born on 27 March 1952 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr Arad is believed to have connections to several addresses in Barcelona.

295. I understand from RPL that Mr Arad is believed to currently reside at Pinto Goya 11 Valldoreix, 08917, Barcelona. RPL also informs me that properties in that area have values of between Euro 600,000 and Euro 1,800,000.

296. Further, I understand from RPL that:

296.1 Mr Arad is the beneficial owner of Lambert;

296.2 Mr Arad is believed to be a Director or President of IMI Industrial Mathematics Institute ("IMI"), which has received a number of payments from the Company (see paragraph 320 below). IMI and Lambert hold accounts in the same branch of BBVA Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentina, Barcelona. RPL has been unable to discover any registration information relating to this entity;

296.3 Mr Arad and his wife Dina Arad hold or have held a number of directorships with companies based in Barcelona and Alicante. Two of these companies (Idris Time Promoters SJL and Integrated Group S.L.) are located in the same street in Barcelona (Avenida Diagonal) as Gironella Velasco Auditores S.A. and Lambert, and in the same building as UBS Bank;

296.4 Lambert was incorporated in Delaware, USA. However, it is also egistered to an address at Avenida Diagonal 640, Planta 6 Puerta A, 06017, Barcelona, Spain; and

296.5 Lambert is believed by RPL to be a shell company.
